What to Make of TabTrade - A New CFD Broker in 2026

The Broker — What It Is

TabTrade.com went live in March 2026. Trading platform registered in Saint Lucia, licensed through the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, a FMA-regulated broker.

The BlackBull connection tells you something. It means the leadership has actually done this before. Does not guarantee anything. It is better than a random name you cannot trace.

They launched with Equinix data centre access in London. Same facilities banks and hedge funds use. The typical new launch focuses on ads and sign-up promos. These guys went the other way. Unusual for a new broker.

The instrument list: FX, stock indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, stock CFDs, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. Over 1,000 instruments. For a platform this new, the breadth is broad.

Platforms

You get: MT5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Both MT5 and cTrader from one account. Most brokers only give you one or the other. Getting both matters. You are not locked into one.

MetaTrader 5 is the default. Complete charts, Expert Advisors, huge user base. If you know MetaTrader previously, there are no surprises.

cTrader is the cleaner option. Better DOM. Smoother chart interaction. Native automated trading. A lot of traders prefer it after comparing.

Direct FIX connectivity is offered for algo traders but requires the VIP account ($25k minimum). TradingView is reportedly coming. That should make the platform set when it arrives.

Accounts and Pricing

Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. 1.0 pip spreads. Commission-free. Straightforward. No minimum deposit. Good for anyone who does not want to think about commission.

Edge. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On majors, the actual interbank spread is frequently under 0.2 pips. So your actual cost per trade can be under half a pip. That is cheap for a broker with $0 to start. Most brokers that offer pricing like this want $500 or more to open. TabTrade does not.

VIP account. $25,000 minimum. FIX connectivity, sub-20ms execution, tailored rates. Not relevant to typical accounts. Skip it unless you trade institutionally.

Execution Speed

The execution is the thing Tab Trade stands apart. Equinix LD4/LD5. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. These are institutional numbers. Most retail brokers operate at 100ms to 300ms.

Does this affect you? If you scalp, absolutely. The difference between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you trade higher timeframes, you will not notice. But the fact that the infrastructure is there. That says they are not cutting corners on the tech.

Put together that execution speed with the Edge account pricing and the total package makes sense. Not many platforms with no minimum deposit run Equinix connectivity.

Safety

This is the part that requires honesty. Tab Trade is licensed by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No CySEC. No fund protection scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight is a dealbreaker, look elsewhere. There are tier-1 alternatives out there.

But. The person running it came from BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The Equinix infrastructure is not cheap. Dodgy operations do not bother with Equinix connectivity. That does not make it safe. It should factor into your decision.

The deal: no FCA or ASIC safety net. In exchange: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether that is worth it depends on you.

Welcome Offer

TabTrade runs bonus funds of up to $2,000. Typical sign-up bonus. You put money in, TabTrade add bonus funds. Usual conditions attached: minimum lots traded before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Review the fine print before you deposit.
